I the artist remain the rights to display the finished product for advertisment purpose.I the artist am not responsible for you to give me the informations i need in order to start working on the project.
Please make sure to give me all needed information (reference, etc.) since i am not going to conact you to remind you of that.Payment
- Payment can be done via KoFi, VGen or PayPal
- You can ask for a payment plan via PayPal. You will receive a monthly invoce starting at 50 euros.
- You can not charge back your money , even if you don't like the end result. It is in your favor to check my portfolio beforehands.
- You can not charge back your money due to a delay if there was no deadline in agreement.Usage
- You may use the product for private purpose
- You may use the product for purpose on social media
- You may NOT use the product for reselling or for commercial purpose.Commercial Rights
- commercial rights will be a minimum of +50% of the base price
- with commercial rights you can sell the product and use it as merchandiseReselling the product
If you plan to resell your product once in terms of giving up ypur right completely - please inform me so i can be aware of the product being sold to someone else.I the artist remain the rights to use the product on my websites , exclusively for advertisment porpuse.
I the artist will have the right to post WIPs of the product if there was no privacy fee agreed on.
